About Warren Moon

June 26, 2008 – 5:16 am

Mr. Harold Warren Moon, which was born on November 18th of 1956 in LA, California, is a former NFL and CFL quarterback he played for many teams in both leagues and actually currently is a broadcaster for the Seattle Seahawks. When Broadcast Warren Moon will sometimes wear his old warren moon jersey that he would wear during game days.

Moon is the only player, ever, to have entered both the NFL hall of fame and the CFL hall of fame. Warren is also the first, and only, african american quarter back to be elected into the NFL hall of fame as well. In the hall of fame his warren moon jersey is posted up alongside all the other great hall of famers of the then and now.

Mr Moon had held the record for most passing yardage in professional football until a guy by the name of Damon Allen surpassed him on Sept. 4th 2006. Allen calmy wearing a warren moon jersey the day after he surpassed Warren Moon said that "he was one of the greatest quarterbacks ever, and i'm glad to be ranked up there with him". Moon was also recently surpassed on two other records by a man, you may have heard of him, Brett Farve. The records were most passing touchdowns and most pass completions. Moon actually still holds the pass attempt record. Lets hope that doesn't get passed up as our warren moon jersey value might get demoted.
