On April 6th in 07, Moon was arrested, no warren moon jersey present in the vehicle, for suspicion of DUI after being stopped for speeding in Kirkland, a suburb of Seattle. The charges were later reduced to first-degree negligent driving after Moon registered breath alcohol levels of .068 and .067, which i think are weak, at the police station in the hours following his arrest. warren pleaded guilty to the negligent driving charge and was sentenced to only 40 hours of community service, a $350 dollar fine and alchohol and drug awareness classes.

He later got another dui arrest and was wearing a warren moon jersey at the time. With all that being said I think its amazing how no matter what this guy is doing he's always wearing a warren moon jersey.

Moon is the only player,ever, to have entered both the NFL hall of fame and the CFL hall of fame. Warren is also the first, and only, african american quarter back to be elected into the NFL hall of fame as well. Mr Moon had held the record for most passing yardage in professional football until a guy by the name of Damon Allen surpassed him on Sept. 4th 2006.
